TERMS & CONDITIONS
Parking:
Parking must be provided or reimbursed for each booking location.
If the venue is located at a hotel, valet service or easily accessible parking must be arranged, as we are required to transport a significant amount of equipment. Failure to provide parking may result in delays or additional charges.
Payment process:
Booking fee:
Your booking will require a 50% deposit of the total amount within 7 days to secure your appointment date. This booking fee is non-refundable.
Remaining 50% of invoice:
The remainder of each booking must be fully paid by the due date(s) listed on the invoice which will be exactly two weeks before your appointment.
If your booking is less than two weeks away. Pre-payment of the full invoice amount will be due immediately to secure your appointment.
Cancellations/ Rescheduling:
Cancellations less than 14 days before your booking date will not be entitled to a refund. Due to the seasonal effects of our industry, we will not be able to replace your appointment slot.
Cancellations more than 14 days before your booking date, will be entitled to a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Any requests to reschedule your booking date over 6 months in advance will require another 50% deposit as this will be a new booking and the previous date marked as a cancellation.
If you are late to your appointment, a $30 charge per every 30 minutes will apply and will be invoiced to you after your booking or the payment will be required upfront if eftpos is available at the time.
Booking Fulfillment Policy:
We understand how important your booking is, and in the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your appointment due to illness, injury, or an unforeseen personal emergency, Clarette FX will do everything we can to find a qualified and trusted artist to take over your service. We may reach out to our talented team or our close network of professionals to ensure you're well taken care of.
If no suitable replacement is available, we will offer you a full refund with our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
Health Reasons or Covid:
You must let us know if anyone present at your appointment has any Covid-19 related or contagious symptoms listed on the Ministry of Health website.
We hold the right to cancel your booking if our team does not feel safe to proceed due to Covid-19 symptoms or any contagious health reasons and our ‘Cancellations/ Rescheduling:’ terms will apply.
Photos:
For the purpose of showcasing future hairstyles and makeup looks, as well as for promotional activities, your artist may take photos or videos before, during, or after the styling process. These images could be used across various platforms, including our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer that your images not be used, please inform us in advance, and we will respect your wishes.
